Editing and processing
HDPE is easy to saw, mill, turn and weld. This makes the material ideal for bespoke work and technical applications. For best results, use sharp tools and a moderate speed.
Do you want to join parts together? If so, plastic welding is usually the best method. Bonding HDPE is often less reliable due to its low surface tension.
