Right of withdrawal/Returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS POLICY – KUNSTSTOF FORTE BV

Are you unhappy with your order, or has a product arrived damaged? We’re sorry to hear that and would be happy to help. Below you’ll find information about your right to cancel, returns and the exceptions for bespoke products.

Right of withdrawal for standard products
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the product.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Following cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

You will then be refunded the full order amount, including any standard delivery charges. You are only responsible for the cost of returning the item from your address to our online shop.

Return policy
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:

• Must be unused and undamaged
• Returned in the original packaging, if possible
• Notify us in advance using the returns form or by email

Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Exception for bespoke products
Products that have been specially made to order or customised for you, such as plastic sheets or tubes cut to size, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Products for which the dimensions or specifications have been entered by the customer are also considered bespoke and cannot be returned.

Damaged delivery
Have you received a damaged product? If so, please contact us as soon as possible via info@kunststofforte.nl and please include clear photos. We’ll work together to find a suitable solution.

Model withdrawal form
Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? If so, you can use the model withdrawal form. This form only needs to be completed if you wish to cancel the contract.
