Right of withdrawal/Returns
Cut-to-size materials or customer-specific products cannot be returned. If you order a full sheet or full length tube, you may return it within 14 days if the material (on both sides) still has the protective film. For returns, please inform our sales department. The shipping costs are to be borne by you. If we receive the material undamaged, we will refund you the total amount of your order.
