Wonderboard Round Internal Corner Profile

The Wonderboard round internal corner profile has been specially developed for the hygienic finishing of internal corners in Wonderboard HACCP wall cladding. Thanks to its rounded shape, it creates a smooth transition between two wall panels, thereby minimising the build-up of dirt in corners and making the space easier to keep clean. This makes the profile ideal for environments where high standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanability are required.

The internal corner profile is suitable for Wonderboard polyester wall panels with a thickness of 2.3 mm and is used in, amongst other places, the food industry, professional kitchens, processing areas, laboratories, cold stores and freezer rooms, pharmaceutical areas and other HACCP environments. The profile not only ensures a neat finish, but also protects the panel edges from damage.

According to the Wonderboard installation instructions, the internal corner profile (item number 1035) is used to finish internal corners between two wall panels. For optimal installation, the profile is bonded using Wonderboard sealant. In areas that are regularly cleaned with water or steam, the profile can be further finished with white silicone sealant to ensure a completely watertight and hygienic joint.

Thanks to its rounded shape, sharp corners are a thing of the past. This reduces the likelihood of dirt, moisture and bacteria accumulating and makes cleaning easier. As a result, the system meets the requirements for HACCP-compliant areas to a high standard.
