From plastic waste to a new PE road plate
Our PE road plates are manufactured from 100% recycled LDPE. The plastic is sorted, cleaned and processed into granules, which are then used to produce new road plates. At the end of its useful life, the material can be recycled again and used as a raw material. This ensures that the plastic remains within the raw materials cycle as much as possible.
Using 100% recycled LDPE reduces the need for newly produced plastic. This cuts down on the use of new fossil-based raw materials, without compromising the strength or service life of the sheet.
Dimensions and thicknesses
We supply PE plastic road plates in eight sizes and four thicknesses. Not every size is available in every thickness. The overview below shows which sizes are available for each thickness.

The dimensions 2000 x 800 x 15 mm differ from those of the other sheets: this one has a single handle on the long side, so you can carry it like a suitcase. Do you need a different size? We also offer bespoke solutions.

PE or HMPE road plates?
As well as our PE road plates made from 100% recycled LDPE, we also supply HMPE road plates. HMPE has very high wear resistance and is therefore suitable for applications where wear and heavy-duty use are key factors. The most suitable track plate depends, amongst other things, on the application, the load and the surface. We would be happy to advise you on the right choice.

How much do PE plastic road plates cost?
A PE plastic driving plate costs between €38.00 and €130.00 each, depending on the size and thickness chosen. The more you order, the lower the price per item:
- 1 to 9 items
- 10 to 19 items
- 20 items or more, with a project discount
The discount is calculated automatically when you select the quantity. For larger projects, we’d be happy to provide a bespoke quote.
Use and maintenance
PE plastic road plates require virtually no maintenance. Simply rinse the plates with water after use, stack them up and reuse them on your next project. That’s all it takes to keep the plates in good working order for years to come. For stacking on site, we supply a storage rack for road plates.
