Self-adhesive HPL Spacers – for fitting HPL and Trespa panels

The Self-adhesive HPL Spacers have been specially developed for use when fitting HPL– and Trespa®- to automatically create the correct ventilation space.
Due to the strong double-sided tape Simply stick the spacer blocks onto the back of the panel, directly over the pre-drilled screw hole.
This prevents thermal bridges and moisture bridges, and ensures that façade or wall panels are installed to last.

Application

These spacers are used for cladding, wall panels and ventilation systems with Trespa® panels or
HPL (High Pressure Laminate).
By maintaining a gap between the substructure, air can circulate freely, thereby preventing condensation from forming.
This extends the service life of the façade and prevents the panels from warping.

When installing, we recommend using one spacer block per fixing point.
Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the tape.
Press the blocks down firmly to ensure they bond properly.
Once fitted, the panels can be screwed into place straight away, whilst maintaining the ventilation gap.
