Fixing materials for GRP gratings

Price range: €0,85 through €10,25

We supply standard attachment components for polyester gratings in galvanised steel, RVS 304 and RVS 316. As the plastic gratings are often used in an aggressive environment, the fasteners should be checked regularly for corrosion and function, and replaced if possible.

The free support distance (f.o.) is the distance between the two supports. A minimum of 4 piece attachment points are required per grating. It is recommended to use 4 fixing points per m2.
The fasteners should be tightened hand-tight.

Beschrijving

Fixing materials for GRP gratings is essential for the safe and durable installation of fibreglass-reinforced plastic gratings. At Kunststof Forte BV you’ll find all the fixing materials in both Stainless steel A4 as hot-dip galvanised version. Our clips and clamps are suitable for grilles with a height of 25, 30 and 38 mm and ensure a stable and reliable structure.

A complete range of fixing materials for GRP gratings

We supply a complete range of fasteners, comprising:

  • Complete grille clip: Consists of a grille clamp, top clip (M2), M8x70 bolt and M8 square nut. Suitable for grilles 25–38 mm high.
  • Complete coupling clip: for connecting two grilles together. Used with two top clips for extra strength.
  • Top clip (M2): M-shaped clip for gratings and stair treads with 38×38 or 40×40 mm mesh. Ensures a secure attachment to the supporting structure.
  • Grate clamp: secures grilles directly to the underlying flange. The square nut prevents rotation, making installation from above easy.
  • Screw set: Standard M8x70 threaded stud with square nut, suitable for use with a top clip and clamp.
