Description
All fixing materials are available both hot-dipped galvanised and stainless steel A4.
Grille clip complete
Consists of 3 parts:
- Grid clamp
- Top clip (M2)
- Bolt M8x70 + M8 square nut
Suitable for grilles in heights 25, 30 and 38 mm.
Coupling clip complete
The coupling clip is intended for connecting two grids together, where a grid division is not or not fully supported. It is attached using a coupling clip in combination with two top clips. (See photo).
Clip
The top clip (M2) is the top part for gratings and steps. It secures the gratings to the underlying load-bearing structure. The clip is M-shaped and suitable for plastic gratings with meshes 38×38 or 40×40 mm. The top clip can be used in combination with a grating clamp or coupling clip.
Grid clamp
The grating clamp or clamp part is the part used to clamp gratings to a support structure flange. It is combined with a top clip, bolt and square nut. This complete clip can be mounted from the top, the square nut allows the clamp to be fixed from the top, the nut cannot rotate.
Bolt
Standard Stud bolt M8x70 with square nut. In combination with the top clip and grille clamp or coupling clip, this bolt is suitable for securing grilles in heights 25, 30 and 38 mm.
