Plastic stamping plate – multifunctional HMPE stamping plates
A plastic stamp plate (also known as an HMPE stamping plate or stamping panel) prevents machinery from sinking into the ground and protects the subgrade. Our HMPE 500 support plates are lightweight, wear-resistant and water-repellent – ideal for cranes, aerial work platforms, concrete pumps, semi-trailers, caravans and motorhomes. Applications of plastic stamping plates in construction and industry
Support plates are used to underpin crane legs and support legs. They distribute the load, prevent rutting and protect lawns, paved surfaces and foundations. Typical applications: mobile telescopic cranes, truck-mounted cranes, aerial work platforms, concrete pumps and semi-trailers. Stainless steel holders for plastic stamping plates
TÜVHigh-quality stainless steel stamp plate holders keep the plate securely in place. They are available in various sizes and thicknesses, with a retaining ring (elastic) or a stainless steel retaining pin with ring. Perfect for fitting to vehicles, machinery and trailers.
Use and maintenance of stamping plates
Clean with water and a brush after use. Check the carrying loop and edges regularly for wear and tear. Due to the high rigidity of HMPE, the load is distributed evenly, thereby minimising damage to the surface. Plastic stamping plates are resistant to extreme weather conditions and can be reused for years without any problems.
