Properties of PVC sheets
Hard-PVC, ofwel hard kunststof plaat, is een zeer harde en vormvaste kunststof met een goede chemische consistentie en elektrische isolatie. Daarnaast beschikt dit materiaal over goede brandwerende eigenschappen (B1). Hard-PVC wordt vooral in de industrie breed toegepast. De geschuimde versie van hard-PVC, PCV schuimplaat, is veel lichter (ca. 0,5 g/cm³), gemakkelijk te bewerken en bedrukken, en extra weerbestendig. Zeer geschikt voor (buiten)reclame.
We supply hard PVC in sheets, tubes, bars and profiles and PVC foam sheets in various thicknesses, also suitable for permanent outdoor use. You can choose between white foam sheets with a matt structure or smooth surface, and coloured sheets.

Toepassingen PVC plaatmateriaal
Hard PVC wordt op grote schaal toegepast in verschillende industriële sectoren vanwege zijn veelzijdige toepassingen. Het wordt gebruikt als buis voor het transport van water, lucht en chemicaliën, evenals elektriciteitsbuizen. Vanwege de uitstekende elektrische isolatie wordt het ook gebruikt als montagepaneel in elektrokasten. Aan de andere kant is geschuimd PVC perfect geschikt voor reclameborden en displays, vooral voor buitengebruik. Het materiaal is licht van gewicht, stevig en bestand tegen weersinvloeden.
