Properties of opal acrylic tubes

Opal acrylic tubes are made from extruded acrylic (PMMA) and have a high-gloss finish.
These tubes are widely used in the lighting industry because they diffuse light evenly.
The opal tube has a light transmission of approximately 34%. Are you looking for a tube with a higher light transmission,

than satin. For a soft, matt finish, choose satin; for a sleek, glossy finish, choose opal.
