The correct foundation is determined by the subsoil and expected load. Generally described, the foundation consists of: For footpaths: a flat layer of 10 cm of sharp sand. For vehicular traffic: a compacted layer of rubble of 15-20 cm plus 4-6 cm of sharp sand.<\/p>\n
